Ingredients:
2 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 oz. Strawberry syrup
1 Egg white
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill and combine ingredients. Strain out the ice. Dry shake again to further combine the ingredients. Double strain into a glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
