Wine Purchasing Policy All wine is shipped through UPS Ground and can not be delivered to a P.O. Box. An adult signature is required upon delivery. You must be 21 to purchase alcohol. All wine shipments must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years. At the time of delivery, the signature of a person with verification of 21 years of age will be required for all wine shipments. Wine will not be delivered to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or without proper age verification. Non deliverable shipments will be returned to Quady Winery and all associated charges will be the responsibility of and billed to the customer. We can legally ship to CA, CO, FL*, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NV, NH, NM, NY, OH, OR, TX, VT, WA, WI & WY. *OH residents must pay sales and excise tax. Form will be included with shipment.
